The flat

The flat has been completely renovated in ‘Costa Smeralda’ style, with fresh, relaxing colours that recall the sea and the surrounding nature. The kitchen, beds, wardrobe and sofa are masonry, for a unique, solid and elegant style. The sleeping area, although part of a one-room apartment, is separated from the kitchen by a sliding door, designed to isolate the noise from the (new) refrigerator and to prevent kitchen odours from wafting into the room.

Comfort at all times of the day

Fear heat during lunch or at night? No problem! Outside you will find a refreshing ceiling fan right above the terrace table, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Mediterranean maquis and breathtaking sunsets. Inside, the sleeping area is equipped with both a ceiling fan and an air conditioner to ensure that you always have a cool and pleasant night. And to leave nothing to chance, the windows are fitted with mosquito nets, although, fortunately, there are very few mosquitoes here!

Nights of real rest

No sofa bed!
You will have a real double bed (160×200 cm) with a 22 cm high mattress and a single bunk bed (80×200 cm, also with a 22 cm high mattress). For the little ones, a cot with high sides (up to approx. 3 years of age) is available free of charge, or alternatively, a small sofa with safety rail. The maximum capacity is 3 persons.

Security and legality

When you check in, you will be asked for an identity document: this is a compulsory procedure under Italian law for registering guests via the official police portal, “Alloggiati Web”. All information is available on the website: alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.it. (See excerpt from T.U.L.P.S.) The accommodation facility is registered with a CIN (National Identification Code), which certifies its safety and conformity with the Municipality of Olbia, the Region of Sardinia and the Italian State. This guarantees high standards of welcome, professionalism and compliance with all legal requirements.

Residence services

The residence offers numerous areas for relaxation and enjoyment, all of which are accessible free of charge:

• Swimming pool (open from 15 June)
• Multi-purpose court for tennis, basketball and five-a-side football
• Extensive green areas and manicured gardens
• Please note that from 1 September the bathing attendant is no longer on duty and has one day off per week during the active season.

Comfort, safety and convenience

• Smoking is permitted, but only on the terrace.
• The kitchen is induction cooker, a safer choice: only use the cookware provided.
• You will find a personal safe and Wi-Fi with unlimited Giga Gigas to stay connected at all times.
• Due to the location, a means of transport is recommended for shopping or to reach bars and restaurants (about 1 km away). However, an online shopping service with home delivery is available.
• There is a constant presence of a caretaker inside the residence to guarantee tranquillity and assistance.

Services on the beach

The beach is within easy walking distance and offers:

• Large free area
• Parasols and deckchairs for hire
• Possibility of renting rubber dinghies (with or without boat licence)
